This raw strawberry jam takes a maximum of five minutes to make. The structure of the chia seeds pairs perfectly with the strawberry dots. You can add more agave syrup (or any other sweetener) if you want the jam to be sweeter. Keep it in the fridge for up to three days. Enjoy on a toast, on top of pancakes, in your breakfast bowl or just as it is, no guilt!
- 250 g fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp agave syrup (or honey) or a few drops of stevia
- 2 tbsp water (or more)
- Blend all the ingredients in a powerful blender.
- Let stand for at least 10 minutes in order for the chia seeds to produce gel.
- Keep the raw strawberry jam in a closed glass jar in the fridge for up to 3 days.
